My Story
Kevin Anthony Green is a champion for families, a committed social work practitioner, and the founder and CEO of Seeds of a Father Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the honorable significance of fatherhood.
Through his leadership, Seeds of a Father empowers men to meet the emotional, social, and financial demands of parenting. With programs like iRead, which encourages father-child literacy engagement, and the Springfield Fathers and Families Network, Kevin has built a support ecosystem to uplift fathers and strengthen families across the region.
His mission is clear: address the growing crisis of father absence by guiding men to become accountable, nurturing, and proud contributors to their children’s well-being and community vitality.
Kevin is also the visionary behind “We Out’chere @ The Healthy Us!”, a community wellness day promoting health equity and positive lifestyle choices in underserved neighborhoods.
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College, Kevin continues to create safe, empowering spaces where men can grow, lead, and love with honor. His tireless dedication to fatherhood, family, and community wellness reflects the very essence of SPO Connection’s mission.
